The Teddy Bear Clinic

The Teddy Bear Clinic
The Teddy Bear ClinicThe Teddy Bear Clinic was run by Cohens Childrens Hospital with representatives from various Northwell University Hospitals attending.

There were 5 tables that the students could visit. These included: nutrition, helmet safety, dressing for the weather and sunscreen safety, and washing hands and getting rid of germs.

At the fifth table the students told the representative what was wrong with their stuffed animal. Some were bandaged, some had a "splint" put on the hurt leg, some needed surgery. Surgical masks and caps were handed out. The students all received a coloring book and crayons.
